Beginners class: THAI 101

In this class you will learn the basic tools you need to prepare and cook the tastiest Thai food you have ever tasted. You will learn hands on how to cook:

Gaeng Kiew wahn or Green Thai Curry (Main Dish)

Intermediate class: THAI 111

In this class you will learn the tools you need to make sauces and paste from fresh ingredients, the method of cooking curry and a stir fry dish from your freshly made paste and sauce. You will also learn some basic garnishing techniques to enhance the look of your Thai dishes.
